This is a letter
written just for you.
What happened to you was not your fault. It does not change who you are. And it is not the end of your story. God sees you — every part of you — and He calls you beloved.
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11What God says about you
is the only thing that's true.
The enemy tries to write a story over your life — a story of shame, of worthlessness, of being broken beyond repair. But God wrote a different story. And His is the one that lasts.
You Are Fully Known
God knew you before you were born. He knows every part of your story — including this part. Nothing about you is hidden from Him, and nothing about you is too broken for His love.
Psalm 139:1–4
You Are Deeply Loved
Not because of what happened to you. Not in spite of it. Just — loved. Fully and completely, exactly as you are, right now, in the middle of all of this.
Romans 8:38–39
You Are Fearfully Made
God made you on purpose. Every part of you — your heart, your mind, your spirit — was intentionally and beautifully designed by a God who does not make mistakes.
Psalm 139:13–14
You Are Not Defined By This
What was done to you is part of your story. It is not the whole story. It is not your identity. You are not what happened to you — you are who God says you are.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Words written
for where you are right now.
Short devotionals written directly to girls and young women who are walking through healing. Each one is honest about the hard and anchored in hope.
It wasn't. Full stop. Nothing you wore, said, did, or didn't do caused what happened to you. This devotional walks through why — not just emotionally, but from the Word of God.
Jesus was despised, rejected, and acquainted with grief. He is not a distant God who watches from above. He is a God who entered suffering — and He enters yours too.
This is one of the hardest questions. It deserves an honest answer, not a tidy one. This devotional sits with the question and points toward the God who never turns away from the suffering of His children.
What happened does not get to determine what comes next. God is doing something new — in you, through you, and for you. Your future is not defined by your past.
"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 8:38–39"You are brave for surviving. You are brave for telling. You are brave for being here, reading this, and taking one more step forward. And you are so deeply, completely, unshakeably loved — by a God who sees every single thing you have been through and calls you His."
